Biography: Elise Marshall, M.S. received her Professional Science Master's in Bioinformatics from University of Texas El Paso. She has been at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte as the Bioinformatics Graduate Program Coordinator for over two years. She oversees the Professional Science Master's and PhD programs in Bioinformatics and works with other PSM initiatives on campus. Elise has been working with researchers and business leaders in North Carolina and surrounding areas, identifying opportunities for student internships and positions. Her primary focus has been to keep the PSM programs moving forward into the next generation.
