Biography:
Dr. K.C. received his Ph.D. in Informatics (Bioinformatics) from Kyoto University working on protein structure prediction algorithms. He subsequently did a postdoc at Georgia Institute of Technology before joining the Bioinformatics center. His research interests include (but are not limited to) development of computational methods for protein function prediction and protein structure prediction.Publications
